The McKenzie Method

ACL Injury Reduction and FMS™ Screening

HPT clinicians are experts at ACL injury reduction (prevention) and sports screening. The FMS™ (Functional Movement Screen) is a system for assessing an athletes "weak" points in movement and is used to generate a custom prevention program. Along with the FMS, HPT clinicians are trained to use the mSEBT to assess dynamic stability capabilities.
