You can choose to go to any clinic you want, regardless of where you are referred by a doctor or specialist!
We hope you choose us because of the QUALITY care we provide at a great VALUE. Some things to consider when choosing a physical therapy clinic: 1. QUALITY – Are you going to be receiving one-on-one, quality care from a licensed physical therapist? At HPT (Hudsonville Physical Therapy), our therapy staff is ENTIRELY licensed physical therapists. You will receive a full session of one-on-one, hands-on care from a physical therapist—not an aide, tech, or physical therapy assistant (PTA). We believe that the education and experience of a licensed physical therapist provides the highest quality experience to you. You will be evaluated and your physical therapy program will be completely individualized to YOUR needs. Each person and each injury are unique, and we tailor your treatment to YOU. 2. VALUE – We are contracted with insurances for the best value rates in West Michigan! We accept most all insurance types, including Medicaid, auto, and work comp, and have in-network rates for most insurances. If you choose to pay out of pocket rather than through your insurance, we also offer a competitive self-pay rate of $120 for the initial evaluation, and $75/visit after. If you have questions about insurance, pricing, or payment plans give us a call at 616-662-0990. Not sure if you need therapy, or not ready to commit to that first evaluation? We offer FREE 15-minute consultations with a therapist to figure out if physical therapy may be a beneficial route for you. No cost at all, just mention you’d like a free consultation. 3. CONVENIENCE – If your doctor refers you to a PT clinic that’s far away from you, keep in mind that you can choose to go somewhere near where you live or work! We are conveniently located on Port Sheldon in Hudsonville. We are privileged to serve the Hudsonville, Georgetown, Grandville, Zeeland, Jamestown, Holland (and more!) populations! We love serving our local community! Please call us if you have any questions about PT or if you are ready to set up an appointment! 616-662-0990 By Lisa Bartz

My wife is going to be having some surgery in a couple of weeks, and we've been thinking about finding her a physical therapy option for her recovery. I'm glad that you talked about the quality that comes with one-on-one care from a licensed physical therapist. I think that being able to get this quality care would be really good for her, and very beneficial to her recovery after surgery! Thanks for the tip, and we'll be sure to look for some one-on-one physical therapy for her!
