You made a great point about strengthening your legs and how that can help you take the pressure off of your knee joint. My husband and I are looking for a knee pain specialist that can help treat my husband's knee joint pain from his arthritis. We will keep these tips in mind as we search for a professional that can help us best.

My sister is a volleyball player, and she often experiences extreme pain on her knees. Thank you for suggesting how cardio such as walking running and biking can take the pressure off the knee joint. Maybe these exercises will work, because if not then maybe an Orthopedist can run a test on my sister's knee.
